Mike Guerrero is the founder and President of Definiti Healthcare Management. Since 1989 Mike has worked with highly respected firms in the industry has provided him with a broad background to launch and lead a fast growth enterprise. Always an innovator, entrepreneur and leader he initiated and implemented many new programs in his previous leadership positions. He sees Definiti as an enterprise that offers clients “best in class” service in managing and bringing clarity to the true cost of healthcare. Alberto Rivera – Executive Vice President, Sales / Principal
Alberto Rivera has over eighteen years experience in medical cost containment and workers compensation. Alberto is responsible for all sales and business development related initiatives for Definiti Healthcare Management products and services. Prior to Definiti, Alberto held various management and sales roles for Concentra, Inc and Occupational Solutions. He has extensive experience in managing major accounts and developing new business. Alberto ’s strong relationships and reputation in the industry positions him well to lead the sales and anchor the business development for Definiti Healthcare Management.
Amaro Ngo – Chief Operating Officer / Principal
With over sixteen years of operational and account management experience in the field of Workers’ Compensation medical cost containment, Amaro Ngo brings exceptional experience and know-how to the operations of Definiti Healthcare Management. He is a gifted communicator and a natural leader who thrives on building organizational excellence. Amaro has depth in understanding the industry and is prolific in developing people, process and systems. He has earned the respect of clients, by delivering on promises and by being honest and above board setting aggressive but realistic objectives. Amaro’s focus will be on people development, continuous process improvement, systems development and to build capacity and capability into Definiti’s infrastructure.
